1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Audrova Health, a Drese Co. LLC Company (“Audrova,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Nature of Services
Audrova Health operates a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent, licensed healthcare providers (“Clinicians”) for evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of hormone-related conditions, including testosterone deficiency.
Audrova is not a pharmacy. Prescriptions, when issued by a Clinician following an evaluation, are fulfilled by independent, state-licensed compounding pharmacies. Audrova does not employ the prescribing Clinicians and is not responsible for independent clinical judgments.
The platform is currently in a waitlist/pre-launch phase. Full clinical services are not yet available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to services or establish a patient-provider relationship.
3. Medical Disclaimer
This is not emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Audrova is not equipped to handle medical emergencies.
Information on this platform — including educational content, blog posts, and protocol descriptions — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. A licensed Clinician must evaluate you individually before any treatment is prescribed.
Results vary. Clinical outcomes depend on individual health status, age, lifestyle, adherence to protocol, and other factors. No specific result is guaranteed. Testimonials, statistics, and protocol descriptions on this platform reflect general information and are not promises of individual outcomes.
Always consult your primary care physician before beginning any hormone therapy. Disclosing your full medical history to your Clinician is your responsibility. Withholding relevant health information may result in treatment that is unsafe for you.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Audrova Health services. Testosterone replacement therapy is a prescription treatment for adults with clinically diagnosed testosterone deficiency and is not indicated for individuals under 18.
Services are currently limited to residents of states where Audrova's Clinicians hold active medical licenses and where telehealth prescribing of Schedule III controlled substances is permitted without an in-person visit. Not all states are supported at launch.
By using the platform, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
5. Prescription Medications
Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance under the Controlled Substances Act. Its prescription and dispensing are subject to strict federal and state regulations.
A prescription is required. Audrova does not sell or ship medications without a valid prescription issued by a licensed Clinician following a clinical evaluation. Attempts to obtain prescription medications without a valid prescription are illegal and will result in immediate termination of your account.
Medications prescribed through Audrova are compounded by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drug products and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. Compounded medications are prepared specifically for individual patients based on a licensed prescriber's prescription.
You agree not to share, sell, transfer, or misuse any prescribed medications. Misuse of Schedule III controlled substances may result in criminal liability.
6. Subscription & Payment
Audrova Health operates on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycles, and included services will be disclosed at the time of enrollment. By subscribing, you authorize Audrova to charge the payment method on file on the recurring schedule you select.
Subscription fees cover platform access, clinical coordination, lab work coordination, and clinician consultations as described in your plan. Medication costs from the compounding pharmacy are separate and billed directly.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the platform through the end of the period for which you have already been charged.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 14 days of the charge.
Audrova reserves the right to terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- —Provide false, misleading, or incomplete health information to Clinicians
- —Attempt to obtain prescription medications without a valid clinical evaluation
- —Share account credentials with any other person
- —Resell, transfer, or distribute medications prescribed through the platform
- —Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- —Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
- —Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
- —Impersonate any person or entity, including Audrova staff or Clinicians
Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Audrova Health and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amounts you paid to Audrova in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties or liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
